Product Description

Gold medal eagle grate by royal letters patent circa 1905 . This is a very rare Art nouveau Grate made by the eagle grate and range company with beautiful tile panels , possibly made exclusively for the Harrods department store ( see the last photograph) . The sliding doors can be closed when not in use , making the grate highly decorative , closing of the upper doors is specially convenient for hurring a newly – lit fire . Other tile panels are available .
