Product Description

Painted wooden fireplace being sold in its unrestored original condition . Beautiful fireplace with niches to the legs and overmantel that are topped with scallop shell decoration , columns rise from the under shelf to support the mantelpiece . Finely turned spindles on the overmantel terminate at the frieze which is decorated with an anthemion motif  , above this is a dentil moulded cornice .

Maker marked to the rear April 11th 1901 .
