Product Description

Victorian cast iron chimneypiece finished with traditional grate polish . The legs of the surround have fluted panels that rise to decorative capitals leading to the frieze , which has symmetrical panels depicting swallows swooping over a garland of ribbon and wheat that surround a central cartouche  . Circa 1883
